Production lines for longitudinally welded pipes

Longitudinally welded pipes are used in large steel structures, construction, and fencing.

Our process lines built for the production of longitudinally welded pipe produce a round pipe with the ability to calibrate its exact dimensions or shape it into a round, square, rectangular or oval profile, depending on production requirements and application. The profiles product range varies from φ20 to φ100 with a maximum thickness of 4mm. Welding of the edges of the shaped steel band is carried out by means of a high frequency welder that facilitates accurate and reliable welds, and uniform structure of the final product.
