Production lines for sandwich panels

Sandwich panels are used as facades, partition walls and ceilings in the rapid construction of halls, warehouses, office and commercial buildings, as well as sports halls built of steel structures. Layered panels save time during installation as they are finished, prefabricated elements consisting of two layers of steel sheet that is colour coated and also has an inner insulation core. The inner core’s insulation can be composed of mineral wool, polystyrene or polyurethane.

Our production lines for making sandwich panels are characterized by the speed of production of the profiles, and simple assembly. The foam / polyurethane, precisely injected between the two sheets, provides insulation.
